Maybe no-one has told you lately, so let me start by saying, "I honor your brilliance, compassion and skills.  It is my hope that you will join us and become a "savant woman."  By embracing our values and wanting to participate on a larger scale to assist "all" women to aspire to greatness, together we can BE that difference.  It's a big world out there and together, as savant women, we CAN change the narrative, the thought process, biases and take our rightful seats at the helm of companies.
